"Such a wonderful stay and experience!! The facility exceeded all of our expectations. The photos online did not do the property justice. It was so clean and felt/appeared brand new. The staff was welcoming. The dining room food was delicious. We enjoyed all three meals, mocktails from the bar, and room service. The staff member Beatrice became our best friend. We enjoyed our king suite with balcony. It was so peaceful, beautiful, and comfortable. We were extremely sad to leave. We will most definitely be returning!!"

"Both check in and check out were very easy, and very friendly. Good parking garage underground. Hotel is located right in the center of all activity - the place to be. Room was very spacious , up to date, and very clean. Definitely will stay there again."

"It would be better if a curtain could be added to the attic to separate the space to the living room, as there are two beds in the attic, but there no curtain on the triangular window which the light can come to the attic from the window. In the evening, it lets in a lot of light, which isn't ideal for people like me who need complete darkness to sleep."

"It is a very good location in Banff downtown. Room was spacious and kitchen/dining room was very good. Hot pool was also very good. I highly recommend staying at Fox Hotel and suites. "

"While this hotel is older it is very nice and some upgrades have happened such as the bathroom. It is located centrally and very walkable. "

"We stayed here over the July long weekend with our dog. The hotel was fantastic with our dog, the hotel supplied a dog bed, water dish, pick-up bags, and even gave our dog a toy and treats upon arrival. The room was good for what we needed it to be, the kitchenette was a nice bonus as well. Yes, the rooms do not have AC, but in all honesty, we didn’t need it. It wasn’t 30C when we were here, but it was low to mid 20s and the room cooled off enough at night to be comfortable (even too cold). Beds were comfortable. Only downside with keeping the window open at night was the trains running at all hours and blowing their horns, which typically woke us up. Staff was friendly and helpful. I still don’t understand the lack of daily housekeeping (considering the cost per night), but this seems to be par for the course nowadays unfortunately. We didn’t use any of the amenities, however they looked to be in good condition. The restaurant food was good, reasonably priced, and allowed us to have our dog with us on the patio (which makes life easier as you can’t leave the dog unattended). We would definitely stay here again. "

"Staff was nice, helpful. But for us there was no shopping or dining other than the hotels. I guess you get what you pay for. There were 3 windows in this room. The one with the best was in the bathroom. And you had to be sitting on the toilet to see the window. The other window from our bed looked at a wall, 4-5' away. Bathroom, shower, bed were nice, not something we're going to remember about. "
