Great Stay in Banda Aceh

By far one of the best hotels in south East Asia, excellent service, delicious food + good location. Only thing i missed was a gym facility. + pool.

Excellent hotel and staff

Very modern and clean hotel in a good location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We arranged for airport transfer, and the driver was also very friendly and gave us information about the city as we drove. The breakfast buffet was huge with many local and western choices. We were very pleased and highly recommend this hotel.

スタッフの皆さんが、とても感じが良かったです。朝食も美味しかったです。ホテルは、きれいでしたが、部屋が独特の臭い(カレーのような臭い)がしたのが残念でした。ドライヤーはついていませんが、フロントに電話をしたら、すぐに届けてくれました。

Nice stay in nice Aceh

Excellent new hotel. Food was okay. Walking distance to city, to Peunayong. Got shuttle to subuh at Masjid Baturrahman. The only downside is no pipe at toilet inside room. No swimming pool.

It was an OK hotel. To be honest, I was expecting a satisfyingly pleasant stay after reading the glowing review from others. For an international chain hotel and being one the few hotels with room rates that are more expensive than the other hotels in Banda Aceh, I guess I put too high of an expectation on Kyriad Muraya. The little things were taken for granted, I asked for iron and it seemed like an unheard of request, The breakfast spread was just OK, the bathroom amenities (there wasn't a hair dryer, for example) need improvement. However, as a plus point, I must commend the comfortable and plush bed and pillows.

Rigtig god seng. I løbet af dagtimerne utrolig megen larm fra en trappe, og lidt i løbet af aftenen. Hurtige elevatorer, men desværre kun to til gæster. God restaurant,men ærgerligt, at vi ikke kunne nyde en øl (Indonesien producerer en rigtig god Bintang!) hverken i baren eller til vores (meget stærke) mad. Og personalet i restauranten, som også passede "baren", havde alt alt for travlt. Vi fik drikkevarer 20 min efter, maden var serveret. Synd for den søde tjener, som gjorde alt, hun kunne. Afgjort et hotel, som vi gerne vil benytte igen, skulle vi komme forbi Banda Aceh.
