"Can’t express enough superlatives about my experience at the Busuanga Lodge. Starting with the staff. They were all highly attentive to any of our needs. They also helped with tours and other suggestions for things to do. The room was spacious and clean; laundry service, room service all wonderful. The grounds were well kept and beautiful. "We enjoyed a lovely 3 night stay. Setting was stunning, with the beautiful beach and sea. 2 lovely pools, free rental for kayaks, paddle boards and snorkels. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were exceptional, especially Acea who worked in the restaurants. Food in the restaurants at night was very nice but breakfast wasnt to my taste. Trees full of fruit bats were a special treat."

"I had a wonderful week at Sangat Island Dive Resort. Really I cannot overstate how special the place is. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the room is clean and comfortable (no problem without air conditioning, there is a lovely breeze), the food is delicious, the location is beautiful and so peaceful, and the dive shop is fantastic It was beyond my expectations, just perfect. "The Hotel is located on a beautiful island. The beach is incredible. The staff was OK but you ate at the mercy of their time schedule. We had a lot of No’s. The rooms are fair. Could’ve been more clean. The airport drop off is way too early. We spent a long time at the airport with only 1 terminal. It’s unnecessary. The boats to town are 45 min away so be prepared for that. The tours are over priced through the hotel. Very very over priced. 3-4 x the cost outside. Staff was friendly. ...

"Very pretty area. Definitely a great place if you just want to stay and not adventure out because town an attractions are a hour plus drive about 4,000 peso. I would also bring your own snacks an drink because you get one option"

"Cadre très agréable pour ce petit resort bien entretenu Le personnel est très accueillant et compréhensif le lieu est calme mais assez éloigné de la ville donc il vaut mieux louer un scooter (15 min) Attention le voisinage peut être bruyant le soir et la nuit (fête, karaoke et chant des coqs) Le personnel en a conscience et réfléchit à des solutions pour mieux insonoriser les chambres Le restaurant est très bon à des prix abordables La piscine est très agréable "

"The room is nice, spacious. Some staff are nice but the other staff is terrible, we had one unintentional incident but one of their staff have a bad attitude and tried to attack one of my sibling which is not acceptable at all. They didn’t handled the situation very well. And plus, it’s a lot of hidden charges about the food and services which is they didn’t informed us from the beginning. We definitely not coming back on this resort hotel.This is our first and last time we stayed on this hotel....

"The hotel was nice but a lot of things weren’t working during our stay! We were there for 3 nights and for 2 the hotel had no wifi. This was tricky since we are from out of the country. We couldn’t contact family, look up places to eat, or use maps/gps to get into town. There was no hot water in the shower which I guess is a small thing but still missed haha. The beds are really tough! Not soft at all. They also charge you for airport transfer per person while everywhere else we stayed had it...

"Discovery Island Resort was incredible. The property was so chilled and tranquil. The room, pool, restaurant and the grounds were lovely and spotlessly maintained. But most of all the management and staff were wonderful. Toni and her team were always courteous and efficient...and made us feel welcome the whole time. Can't wait to stay there again.
