I think it should be the other way around, with the owner contacting the guest in advance and providing all the necessary check-in information. "La chambre et la cuisine sont très propres, la literie est bonne et la déco très jolie. Problème il n y a aucun n° sur la porte et l étage n est pas connu il faut donc essayer le code sur toutes les portes. Le bar du coin de la rue a la musique à fond impossible de dormir. Et le pompon d autres clients ont tenté de rentrer dans notre chambre en pleine nuit car ils ne trouvaient pas la leur. Conclusion très mignon mais du tout calme."

"Loved our stay and our room it's a beautiful clean hotel. The dinner and breakfast was also fantastic here and such good food. Dining staff were so nice and we loved our view. Only downer was the front desk staff were not always as helpful and the atm machine in the hotel was broken throughout."
