"The Centara Riverside provides good value for money, excellent service and very good facilities including a great outdoor pool. The hotel is a 10-15 minute Grab ride from the action at the centre of Chiang Mai. But our tours, one out of town and the other Mama Noi cooking class provided transportation from the Hotel. This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Centara Riverside and our 3rd stay at a hotel in the Centara chain. So, yes, we recommend it highly."

"All staff are very friendly and efficient. The food was all lovely and the pool was a great place to cool down, although we would have liked a handrail to aid getting out again. There is no designated bar area so nowhere to sit when coming back to the hotel in the evening, which meant we often purchased drinks at 7-eleven and drank in our room - this is not a negative comment, just an observation."
