The area is a bit quiet, which is nice, but transportation is limited if you don’t rent a car. Breakfast was very good, and overall the service was excellent. "This is a very relaxing place to stay, and has a restaurant with a beautiful jungle and ocean view. All the food is incredible (and at great prices!), and the people who work there are very nice - just ask for anything you need or want to eat and they will make it happen!"
"Nicest staff ever! Pool is beautiful and big, our poolside bungalow was also very spacious, the grounds are nice and the beach is a couple minutes walk. They cleaned our room daily and the breakfast included delicious Burmese food with western cuisine. We enjoyed a small beach party as well, every Wednesday. "

"Sand in my Shoes was a very relaxed, chilled-out place to stay.
It was very peaceful and the location is perfect- you literally roll out of bed right on to the beach. I watched many sunrises sitting on a sun lounger followed by a delicious coffee made by the super-attentive and friendly staff there.
The large deck cafe area is great for hanging out any time of the day and the food is delicious…. especially breakfast.
