We ended up paying for breakfast even though it had said included when booking. When asked we were only told to go to the restaurant on the 5th floor so we did and that was not where the included breakfast was located apparently.

There was no information given to us at check-in or a Binder in the hotel explaining about the hotel or places nearby.
