Die Lage ist einer der größten Vorteile: direkt am Birutė-Park und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Meer entfernt. Gleichzeitig liegt es nicht im Lärm der Basanavičius-Straße – man erreicht alles schnell, hat aber abends wirkliche Ruhe. Das Zimmer war sauber, gepflegt und funktional eingerichtet. Die Toilette ist funktionell, die Dusche läuft nicht ab, erst nach 30 Minuten, das Waschbecken ist ein Witz. Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden und nutzbar.
