"Very poor customer service. Walked up to the counter — three staff members present, but no one looked at me. Uninterested demeanor. Cumbersome check-in process. Extremely poor English. Overall, an unwelcoming and impersonal hotel."

"Schon beim Reinkommen hatte ich einen richtig guten Eindruck vom Hotel. Die Flure sind mit alten Gegenständen, Bildern und kleinen Details dekoriert – als Kunstliebhaber fand ich das super schön. Mein Zimmer war sehr gemütlich, das Bett bequem, die Dusche groß und angenehm. Auch das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen, sowohl beim Frühstück als auch beim Abendessen, war fast immer richtig gut und reichlich. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Lüftung im Bad hat leider nicht funktioniert."

"Nice location close to the beach. Parking at the hotel few meters to the entrance. Big variety at the breakfast, the breakfast and dinner lounge is very cosy and quiet."
