"Pros: Clean, comfortable, safe, and quiet. Breakfast was quite good, and staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: A bit too far from the city centre with not much around in terms of restaurants, etc.. Approximately a 30-35 minute walk into town from the property, or a 15 minute bus or taxi ride. Continental breakfast not included unless you add it to your room rate for an extra cost. Wifi was shoddy and didn’t connect half the time."

"Wonderful hotel with very helpful and friendly staff! We spent 2 nights and had to leave early before breakfast on check out day. They fixed us coffee and breakfast to go. I was so thankful and impressed. Also the lobby is very pink and pretty which I enjoyed. Breakfast was great."

"This is a great place to stay, situated outside of the Galway downtown area. It’s a long walk, but an easy uber ride into town to take advantage of the area. If you’re driving Ireland, it is a great place to stay because of the free parking. You can walk into town along the water, which is also nice. Others have complained in reviews about the noise, but it wasn't any worse than other cities we've stayed in. We put the Dyson fan they provided on high to help with the noise. Only issue we had was with the room service. They skipped us 1 day even though we had the sign on the door requesting room service.
