There was a little miss-hap at check in and my room for the first night was not available and the hotel had to find me another room at a different hotel which was generous of them but I wish I was able to stay at this hotel for both night because this was incredible. "We had an unforgettable stay at the Regency House in Belfast. The Mayor’s Suite was absolutely incredible—spacious, elegant, and full of character. Just as impressive was the service; each of the girls we dealt with went above and beyond, easily some of the best hospitality we’ve ever experienced (we found out they live together, study together and work together - and it shows that the all share the same work ethic and kindness)! Highly recommend!"

"This is the first city hotel that we have stayed in that wouldn't serve drinks to residents after the bar had closed. Very annoying as we had been to a concert next door and wanted a couple of drinks with our friends after the gig. Maybe something that could be looked into. The bar staff told us the night porter would get us drinks but he flatly refused. Put a bit of a dampner on the evening."

"The staff there is amazing, the rooms are big and the beds are amazing. There are a lot of excellent pubs close by. There are cookies and candy and fruit in the lobby! My friend and I left our passports in the safe in our room we were on a bus heading to Ireland! They went and got our passports"
