"Da vi ankom, stod værten klar til at tage imod os. Han var meget hjælpsom under hele opholdet og svarede hurtigt, hver gang vi skrev til ham. Lejligheden har en rigtig god beliggenhed med en flot udsigt fra det ene soveværelse ud over poolen og havet. Der er desuden direkte adgang til stranden fra området, hvilket var en stor fordel. Man har også adgang til Prestige Prime, hvor der er masser af aktiviteter for børn. Der var børneanimation næsten hele dagen, to gode vandrutsjebaner og en dejlig...

"There's a new process for the airport 🛫 shuttle and restaurant chef has changes, so no more biscuit cake but menu was still delicious. Close and convenient to the airport and downtown Sofia."

"I enjoy staying at this hotel in Sofia about once a year for 3–4 nights. There are many reasons for this; the main ones—though not necessarily in order of importance—are: The casino, which is an integral part of the hotel. The hotel's location, which puts good restaurants, shopping centers, parks, historical sites, and more within walking distance. I stay on a bed-and-breakfast basis and can attest that the breakfast is rich and varied. The hotel staff is service-oriented and helpful. The hotel also features a pool and a spa; while I haven't used them myself, I’ve heard positive feedback from those who have."

"Stayed here for our 3rd/4th time as loyal Bonvoy guests. Staff was friendly and even upgraded us to the Presidential Suite after seeing us walk ~80m from the parking lot with luggage (no accessible transport). But the room let us down: carpets old, stained and dirty, floors unvacuumed, furniture disarranged, and zero decor. Lobby is beautiful, but the room didn’t match those standards. No surprise the Bonvoy partnership seems to have ended"

"Great stay. New hotel. Walkable to the center and much more affordable than staying in the center. Great value. Good breakfast included. Small gym, good for a decent work out. Staff is helpful. Rooms are very clean and good size. Walls are paper thin though you can hear neighbors even when they are not being loud. I would recommend and stay again."
