"The friendliest reception in Bulgaria yet. The staff, amazing. The property, amazing. The location and view (guess) - amazing. "Magical location, really romantic and serene. We stayed at the castle which was a great and unique experience. We had a little issue with the toilet seat and the room was a bit small but I guess this was part of the charm of the place. Staff were really nice and friendly especially the somellier, yet some of them were very young and clearly needed some additional training. However, breakfast was nice and wine and rakish were divine. Place has so much charm and is really really unique."

"I have stayed at this hotel several times over the years and haven’t been let down. Everything from check in to check out has been great- friendly stuff, generous breakfast, room condition e.t.c. The restaurant downstairs is awesome. And, last but not least, location. The hotel is situated in the heart of the city at a walking distance to tourist attractions and government offices."
