A very modern hotel, very comfortable bed and shower room. The only bedding supplied is a thin blanket and undersheet, which I found uncomfortable but Im assuming maybe cultural. The restaurant menu was limited and uninspiring.

We loved everything about this hotel. It was clean, the staff was very friendly and polite. The breakfast was wonderful. There were restaurants and cafes close by. Also, Balikesir is a small city, so this hotel was also just 5 minutes away from the city center.

Our experience at the Willmont Hotel was extremely pleasant. During our stay, the staff made us feel like we were home away from home. They were well trained, professional and polite. The hotel was recently built and rooms were well furnished and had smart controls for the lights and the AC. We only had one issue during the stay and it was about the mini fridges in the rooms. The units were not efficiently cooling and we were not able to store our cold drinks or medicine in them. However, staff offered us to use the main fridge in the restaurant for our medicine and provided on demand cold drinks when needed. The open buffet breakfast was included in the daily rate and the food options were really rich. The amenities were still under construction but I was told that they will be opening their gym and spa sections very soon. In summary, I recommend the Willmont Hotel to anyone who is visiting Balikesir.

Looks good but doesn't work
The building is impressive. Modern spacious well appointed, very well kept. The rooms are likewise very modern and well served with electronic devices to control lights and heating. But there are problems, there is a refrigerator in the room but it's not installed properly so it doesn't work. Opening the drawer above helps. On the top floor the air conditioning can't cope, you will fry. The restaurant serves superb food, one of the best steaks I have ever tasted. We paid for breakfast, we arrived at the restaurant at 07:05am to find it bereft of food. All the eggs had gone, all the cheese had gone all bread had gone. At checkout no refund even though they admitted there was no food available. Had to find a locantor. This isn't good enough.

Supurb stay
This was a superb hotel. Brand new. Spa was not even finished. Large comfortable rooms. Great bedding.The staff was very friendly and professional. Their proficiency in English was limited with a few exceptions. The dinner was also very good. Plenty of free parking. A fist class hotel and the price for the room was almost embarrassingly low for this class of hotel.

Ne yazık ki çok beğenmedik. Odada teknik sorun yaşadık değişim için hemen ok lediler bundan çok memnun kaldık personel yardımcı olmaya çalıştı ama sonraki verdikleri odada musluk bozuktu ama artık yorulduk ve değişim istemedik yapacak bir şey yok artık yapacak ama kahve fincanı bir taneydi ikincisini istedik gelmedi ve sanırım mutsuz olduğumuzu belirttik diye sonrasında ilgilenilmedi. Ama kahvaltı gayet güzel ve yeterli idi. Yine de teşekkür ederiz bir gün kaldık ve dinlendik. Ama bu sorunları umarım dikkate alırlar ve daha iyi bir sonuç alırlar. Selamlar

Отличный современный отель, огромные номера. В отеле свой ресторан с европейской кухней, так же рядом с отелем есть ресторан турецкой кухни. Персонал отеля очень нам помог с забытым в номере телефоном.

An excellent hotel with excellent service and helpful staff. Ball excellent breakfast, everything is thought out to the smallest detail, disposable gloves, which made it possible to have a buffet that was varied and delicious. Nice bed, big bathroom, with plenty of shower space.
