"Very friendly staffs without a lot of suprised "

"Staff were very friendly. Clean, nice and comfortable hotel. However we are so sad as the beach are under maintenance. They should inform us prior to the stay. The kids were disappointed. The view are spoiled with the excavator :( "

"Great 1st night stay in Bali. Room smelt a little musty. This was the only negative. Great pool. Superb buffet breakfast. I left my hoodie behind, didn’t realise for a few days. Contacted the hotel, they found it. Even had it nicely packaged when I returned to collect. Great service. Would definitely stay here again."

"We have had a wonderful 8 days at Grand Mirage. Great room, quiet overlooking the gardens and fish pond. Cleaned daily and mini bar restocked. The staff are very welcoming and friendly always offering big smiles and nothing was too much trouble. Loved the adults only infinity pool 💕 all inclusive was great all the food and drink you can eat, choice of restaurants and bars. It did get busier towards the last couple of days and there were lots of families. It seems very family friendly. We...

"Second time stay for us and it was just as beautiful as we remember. The staff are amazing and very friendly. Used the gym this time and there was plenty of machines to use so lots of options. We had a poolside room with our own plunge pool which was amazing-the pool was packed this stay so definitely worked out we had our own little space to enjoy. Will definately be coming back!"
