"Very friendly staffs without a lot of suprised "

"Staff were very friendly. Clean, nice and comfortable hotel. However we are so sad as the beach are under maintenance. They should inform us prior to the stay. The kids were disappointed. The view are spoiled with the excavator :( "

"Stunning property!! Received 2,000,000 IDR credit per day which allowed me to eat and drink for free daily at the many restaurants on site and room service. Every staff member was kind and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and I had everything I needed. Would absolutely recommend."

Beach was nice but not amazing and there wasn't a no smoking area so for people like me and my girlfriend it was kinda disgusting having to breath cigar and cigarette second hand smoke while trying to relax on the beach so I'd suggest they need to have a separate area for people that actually care about their...

"The staff at the concierge and check in counter are excellent. Very warm service. It is also at a very convenient location to supermarket, dining options and the beach. However we accidentally left some clothes in the wardrobe and housekeeping are not too honest. They claimed they only found one item. So what happened to the rest? It's a pity because this tainted the impression and we no longer feel comfortable recommending this hotel to anyone anymore."

"The hotel is beautiful the gardens the water features etc , the beach area is very small and not so pleasant. The staff were very friendly, we had two big issues. The food is too expensive for the quality. The Arabic or eastern restaurant was not Arabic food we paid too much and the food tasted nothing like Arabic food I did ask for a refund but they were prepared to do that. The food outside the hotel is much better and better priced and there was a problem with our toilet. The sewage smell...
