"Room was clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. We did not have breakfast onsite but it is next door to a good coffee shop and very close to the Royal Mile. "

"The main reason we booked was because of the airport shuttle. Upon our arrival on Friday with a Sunday departure, we were told it was not available that weekend. The hotel's write-up on Expedia should be much clearer to let travellers know they MUST book the shuttle 3 days in advance or it may be unavailable."
