Harrah's Cherokee – A Caesars Rewards Destination
Would not recommend! I reserved a non smoking room. When I arrived they gave me a smoking room. I was told nothing could be done. It was overpriced and my reservation was not accurate. They also did not have hot water. Very disappointing stay

A Place at the Beach
The outdoor pool was shut down and will be for the season but we werent told until check in. This is due to construction. The indoor pool was pretty nice. The hot tubs are sma but nice enough. It was the best stay I had in Charlotte. When I go back to Charlotte I will be back there. My home away from home. Very clean,very roomy. I love the staff very friendly an helpful. Kitchen was nice an parking was good.
