"For the price rooms ( we stayed in 3 different room in different location on the property I would rate a C + not very imaginative at all, basic cheep furniture, small bathrooms. For this I would not stay at this hotel again."

"Way overrated...location is all it has going for it. Embassy Suites is better for a full service stay. They put us, who booked through Expedia, in a second floor room overlooking the parking lot lol...possibly the worst room they have, when it wasn't even crowded lol. When we went to check out they said the "system is down" and couldn't correctly check us out. A 3 star resort at best. Don't expect a 5 star experience."

"Staff were perfect. Found we were there for a birthday thing and upgraded our room. Room was good Area was great everything is right there pizza beach beer and shops Wonderful board walk to stroll! I would for sure stay again!!!!"

"I liked that it was clean and modernized. Staff was friendly. Housekeeping could have came to bring more fresh towels/ clean the room more often, but when asked they came right away. I would come back! Nice area and good service overall."

"The room was very clean. The beach view was great! Great service in the restaurant’s. I was given a great drink while waiting for my take out order. Very nice and felt special. The food is exceptional at all of the restaurants. And room service. The only complaint is the bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Especially the pillows. Great stay otherwise!"

"3rd time staying here, bed and room in general are great. The reason I have 4 stars (was thinking on 3) is because I was at their bar 2 nights had dinner and drinks there. First night the bartender was so great! But second night we went down for dinner and cocktails and service was awful 😣 The staff were more inn mm to their gossip than in customers Food and drinks are not cheap and attention is part of what you’re paying for… which this time was the worse. Hands out for the gentleman...
