"Breakfast very mediocre, requested king bed and emailed property multiple times to confirm my arrival and to hold my room. They did not and to get king they upcharges me to a suite which is not a suite just a room with a couch. Second time this happened to me here. Last time I stay at seda "

"The breakfast menu is good. It's not monotonous. They have good internet connection. Room is clean however some of the complimentary like slippers & hairdryer, i guess you have to request them. They should have come handy for the guest right away though. Just bring your own toiletries if you're staying for a week or more. Not saying anything else. We're still grateful that they really good staffs. We wanted to stay longer but we found another place that is closer and more accessible for walking around and much closer to the malls."

"We stayed for 2 nights and booked 2 rooms for our stay. Property is nice surrounded by lots of trees, flowers and they have an organic vegetable garden, however, summer in Philippines is hot. Air conditioning is good however you need the room key to start it. So when away and coming back, it will take a bit of time to get the room to a comfortable temperature. Quite a good selection for the buffet breakfast. One of our room has some issues and staff was so accommodating and move us to another room which is nicer than the previous one and they offer to move the second room too. Nice gesture and appreciate it. Overall, I will book again if our travel brings us back to Philippines. "

"Upon arrival to property front desk was not helpful and instructions were not complete in how to check in. We had to wait an hour after a long flight just to check in. I’m disappointed with the service at the condo."

"We had a wonderful staycation & we even extended our stay because the hotel is very convenient with easy access to SM mall. The location was perfect, downtown is walking distance with public transportation readily available. We had everything we needed right there. Rooms & hallways were clean with very attentive staff. The front service desk staff are exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable & very helpful. Breakfast buffet was awesome. Highly recommended & hope to be back again next year. "

"I thought to be a 4 + star accommodation but unfortunately I didn’t receive the customer service that I was expecting. I’m not going to book here anymore and I’m not recommend either. "
