"Firstly, I booked this on Hotels.com and paid 'up front'. We arrived at the hotel and found out they do NOT work with Hotels/Expedia. They had no booking, not would honor what I had paid. They did have two rooms and we paid for them. Then we found out it was a 'love motel' and pay-by-the-hour for hookups. This property should be removed from selection on Hotels.com. Damn!"

"I can’t recommend this place enough! Great communication with Eric all the way through, we came a bit late, and before we could order our meals over email and it was ready. Great WiFi! "It was a bit far from the downtown area. But not an issue for us because we have a driver. They have driver's room, but not at the same place. It was one of the best stay for us in the 2 weeks trip. Highly recommend it. The only downside is the hotel is a bit hard to locate. Its up on the hill with a very narrow street. It was quite a challenge when we had a mini van to drive up the alley. "

"The location of this resort is stunning, just beautiful. The service is superb. The food is amazing. And the cottage itself was tastefully recreated. We enjoyed walking the tea trails - just expect to make an effort on the plantation hills. We also relaxed and enjoyed the hotel every afternoon. They will do anything to make your stay as perfect as possible. It was an ideal stay for us. "
