This property was the worst experience ever! As soon as i checked in I had to check out. As soon as you walk in to the room and you try to lock your door it’s broken. I was in room 132 and the cables were coming out of the door. The area is completely unsafe! My room was extremely dirty and it smelled bad.

This place was dirty, filthy, and horrible. There was a cigarette smell in the lobby and the non smoking room. The workers were rude, unfriendly, argumentative, and unprofessional. When spoken to about the cigarette smell, they said there wasn’t any smell but there clearly was, they have just been conditioned to think that there was no smell and they are used to it. The halls and staircase were filthy and littered with garbage, when we viewed the room, there was a foul stench of cigarette smoke as mentioned prior, and there were also large rips in the blankets. The workers were mocking us, making fun of us, and laughing at us for saying there was a strong smell of cigarettes. They did this in front of us thinking we could not understand them since they were speaking in Spanish but we could. We asked that the reservation be cancelled and according to the manager, it was cancelled as agreed.

I booked a non-smoking room and the first thing I smelled was cigarette smoke. I told the front desk and a guy went in and sprayed. Everything was DIRTY! The tables, menu, phone, and a/c were greasy. The sink was falling apart and the tub was clogged even the next day! There was also mold and mildew all around it. I put on some Off lotion just in case coz I thought I saw a bedbug casing. Also the next night immigration was noisily banging on someone’s door, I guess after someone? Never going there again!

The property appears to be a homeless shelter. In addition over 30 homeless reside in the parking lot, and across the street is a drug distribution center. I am sorry the people a in bad shape, but this is not a safe place for your customers. I highly recommend you take it off your list. I mentioned this to a friend, and she was robbed of everything there over 5 years ago, so this is an ongoing problem.

I booked a room with two queen beds and they gave us two full beds. Beds were horrible. You can feel and hear the springs in the mattress. Window looked like someone had tried to break in. Breakfast bar was gross. I went to go get the batter ready to make waffles and found a huge long hair in my batter. I automatically threw it away and gave up and left.Two Police cars were in the lobby reviewing security footage. Unknown to what happened but just was not a clean or friendly place. And definitely did not feel like a safe place!

I booked a room with a microwave, friegde, breakfast and request down stairs.i checked in no microwave, friegde, and room was upstairs and breakfast was coffee with cereal but they were out of milk. Staff was rude and said take or leave it and could careless and made no effort to help me find another hotel that had the things I requested and paid for I will never stay at this dirty place again

One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. Staff was super nice, but outside of that I was in a non smoking room that clearly had been smoked in with the smoke alarm detached. Rips and holes in the blankets. Luckily I was only staying a few hours to catch a 5am flight. Didn’t bother using the shower.
