The Acoustic Hotel & Spa was amazing. We stayed here for part of our honeymoon and the staff was wonderful. They greeted us at the front door and helped with our luggage. When we checked in they brought us drinks and fresh fruit in the lobby. We had a couples spa package that was so relaxing! The front desk staff greeted us and wished us well every time we left and returned to the property. The rooms were spacious and house keeping kept everything nicely maintained and provided complementary waters, wine, and fruit. Absolutely recommend for anyone visiting Hanoi.

Staff not friendly. Locked key in room and girl at front desk didn’t want to give me another key. I swear she rolled her eyes at me. Charged me 50% more for an airport car than other nearby hotels. Place isn’t bad, but better, cheaper, friendlier options all over Old Quarter in Hanoi. Wouldn’t stay again.

Second stay after a short break to Ha Long Bay. Excellent stay as before. I am unable to name everyone but all the staff from bell boy to house keeping were extremely obliging. Always acknowledged our presence with greetings and smiles which we reciprocated. What stands out is the care they took of us. This time special mention to Eileen on check out who made sure we were safely picked up by our Grab driver to the airport, and thanks for the parting gift. This hotel may not be the cheapest in town but you get what you pay for and the location was excellent for a tourist and more so for a first time visitor to Hanoi like we were.
