"I had a very pleasant stay at Scandic Frankfurt Museumsufer. The hotel is located in a quiet area, yet still very convenient—about an 8-minute walk to the train station, tram stops, restaurants, and supermarkets. It’s also around 15 minutes on foot to the shopping mall and close to the riverside, which is perfect for a relaxing walk. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and efficient. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The shower pressure was excellent—definitely better than what I’ve experienced in many hotels in North America. Another big plus is the air conditioning, which actually works well—something that’s not always guaranteed in European hotels. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Would definitely recommend!"

"We booked two rooms specifically because of the laundry option that was listed on the property details because Frankfurt was halfway through on our European vacation. After we checked in after a late train arrival we were told there was no laundry available onsite and there has never been any. Expedia attempted to get a discount or reimbursement from them on my behalf for the erroneous online listing but the property declined. "

"The hotel itself is great. The place is very clean and very well maintained. Same with the rooms. The staff is great, courteous and helpful. Very close to the train station and city tram. The area can be a bit sketchy. Just normal precautions. "
