Seemed like a home as opposed to a hotel. It was very nice having the kitchen to make hot meals instead of eating in a restaurant. Hostess was very kind and made sure we felt welcomed and that are needs were taken care of. I would definitely stay there again when in Baguio.

A nice big 2 bedroom unit with plenty of room for parties of 5 . Clean and all necessities are in the unit for a comfortable stay. Unit is very close to central areas but felt safe due to guards roaming and checking people that goes in and out of the gate.

If your condo has very little water pressure I expect it to be in the advertisement. Otherwise you are being deceptive. The Wi-Fi also is weak, sign up for a better Wi-Fi plan and stop being cheap.

This is the 1st complaint we’ve had of this type. Any water pressure issue was certainly a temporary issue. The water pressure is usually excellent.

Baguio Bonbel stay
The place is exceptionally clean and tidy! Very comfortable! We felt like it’s really a home away from home. The manager is excellent and very accommodating! We will surely come. Highly recommended!

I was just very disappointed about the check in process. Which the lady name Zeny was in charge of check in. She was late a hour and we waited and ask the security to call her and she never answer the phone the first few calls🙄. So we waited for her. I’m sorry but she was so unprofessional trying to argue with me at check in. And the security told me that she has done that many times. But overall the place was clean and nice neighborhood. I’ll stay there again.

On checking the issue, both manager and guard stated you waited only 15 minutes at the building before you could check in. On the confirmation email we send out to guests, we ask guests to call us 1 hour before arrival so our staff can be at the building to greet them. We didn’t receive a call from you, however.Our staff deal with multiple properties in multiple locations so it’s important that all guests read and follow the check in instructions.

Prestige Vacation Apartments - Bonbel Condominium?
Good communication with the provider helped answer questions before arriving, plus were accommodating in checking in late and leaving early. We stayed in a one bed apartment in bonbel and it easily accommodated a family of 2 adults and 3 children. The apartment had secure parking, 24/7 security and a gym and sauna. The apartment had everything needed for self catering, including rice cooker, pot's, pans, plate's, cutlery etc. Water was provided as well. Towels were provided along with spare blanket's etc. Wifi was to a good standard. Apartment had 2 X TV's, the main one lagged a little but as we were out exploring Baguio this wasn't an issue. A good location for the botanical gardens, wright park, mansion House and mines view. Also close to city centre and all the attractions located there. We stayed for two nights and would definitely stay in bonbel apartments again.

Rude property manager.
We were late to check in at around 9:30 pm. When I informed of our arrival around 8 pm, property manager blamed me for not calling in advance and told me they are not hotel but apartment. It's true but for the price they charged, I would expect a level of professionalism that would make the customer feel welcome. We didn't feel welcome at all. This is the first time to receive such treatment after using over 400 hotel nights with hotels.com

Six of us (three adults, a 17-year-old, 14-year-old and a seven-year-old) stayed at the property. We did not have a car but there was ample parking at the property. We showed up very early, actually five hours early but we were met promptly by our host Alvin. There was a small fee to check in early but it was worth it. Our unit was clean conveniently located and had everything we needed for our stay; ample bedding, cookware, plates, glassware, silverware, etc. Alvin was extremely helpful and kind.

I love this property, the unit I had before is better than this 2 bedroom unit this trip, elevator is not functioning that is why I am at level 1, good thing as my Mom cannot navigate stairs.

Good location,close to tourist attractions.Safe and quiet with security guard on site. Master bedroom shower broken but hand shower was working set at warm temp.,better if main shower is working. With furnished kitchen.Electrical sockets esp.for microwave loose,have to hold cord to heat food.Property was clean.We enjoyed our stay in Baguio.

The room was clean and tidy. The standard of finish was upto European standard of 3* + maybe a bit more, there’s no air conditioning but you probably won’t need it as Baguio is up in the hills and it varied from 12-25 degrees during our 5 night stay (mid February). There are 3 fans but we didn’t need them. there’s a water cooler with those big 5l containers that you drop on top and it gives you hot water for a brew as well. There’s 2 bathrooms with heated showers with adequate flow. The balcony is narrow and long and was good enough for me to have a glass of Shiraz and a cigarette during the evening, but it did feel a bit too cool in the evening (12ish) There’s free toiletries (paper) But if you want the bed sheets changed it’s extra cost I think it was 500pasos. There’s 2 flat screen tv ‘s in the apartment, one in the living room and one in the main bedroom both with independent sky feeds. There’s only an electric stove with 2 rings and no oven or grill, and a microwave. We did cook I managed to do bacon egg and beans with fried bread. Also managed to cook spaghetti boll with some extra bits thrown in. So overall it’s quite doable to live in, depending on your length of stay. The taxi from the apartment to the town is around 60 pasos, but we walked it a few times (1.3km)

I contacted the facility twicw to inform them of mu srrival and I was told they will be there when I arrive but nobody showed up until we left. I even asked if someone willche k the room before we left to make sure there will be no issues but novody was there. I made efforts to communicate with the staff but they are not conveniently accessible.

Not the most satisfying experience
we had to wait nearly 20-30mins for someone to attend to us, as no one was at the desk and then informed that the room was not ready as the check in time is 3pm and not 2pm as informed on the email, I no longer complained as I was too tired from the journey and decided to go for a meal while waiting. We finally was checked in and shown the rules and regulations, which was fine except that you need to clean the room yourself and make sure that is tidy. Which makes me wonder why we had to wait until 3pm for a room when check out is at 11am and not as advertised at 12pm, which I asked if they can honour the advertisement and informed me they couldn’t as they are fully booked but they usually will if it wasn’t. So what else would they need to clean? upon check out we had to Wait again for someone and the guard informed us that we needed to contact the person before check out, but he contacted her for us, and someone else turned up but we had to wait another 30mins just to get our deposit back, by this time it we checked out earlier than expected which was 10.30am. After she arrived at 11am it was just a quick exit. Overall I would say, yes the apartment was clean tidy and really nice. But availability of staff, the conditions that you need to accomplish before leaving, with the price they charge it’s not what is expected. I was so disappointed and really annoyed but I didn’t want to spoil my short stay coming from a different country.

Ideal for Family (Highly Recommended)
Baguio, as a tourist hub, is a great place for a short getaway. I usually go there with my family but it was my first time to stay in a cozy condominium such as in Prestige (Bonbel). I used to stay in another hotel as well as in other apartments. But to compare them with Prestige, the latter has several advantages. By the way, we stayed there for 2 nights & 3 days and occupied a 2-bedroom unit.
