Nice place. Stayed for 1 night with my family and it was worth it. You have to provide your own toiletries since they don't have enough. I think the place is old because you can see from their amenities. Food is not what I'm expecting but it is good. Overall, I recommend this place. They also offer a day tour around Baguio in a reasonable price.

I like the entire management of this establishment. If theres anything that needs improvement its the location but i guess you cant move buildings only make annexes. It is withing city premises and we loved our overall experience!

helpful staff and value for money room
our stay was good , hot water was just right as long as you get the right adjustment ,free bottle of water, coffee making was very convenient for me because my hubby drunk a lot of coffee, overall our stay was good

The property is located away from the hustle and bustle of Baguio City and the noise that you can hear are that of the roosters and dogs. The room was very spacious.. It has lots of storage area. I like that they provide bottled water and they also have a big water bottle in the eating area. The wifi has really good signal. There was an pool of water in the bathroom around the toilet. Not sure if it is a leak or improper drainage.

The bathroom sink of our room was not working and the Manager and staff didn't do anything to accommodate us in any way possible. Wasn't able to talk to the Manager and he didn't even approach us about the broken sink. Such a disappointing experience.

The Hotel really needs renovation. Hotel room ceiling is dirty. Walls are painted dark. Furnitures are basic & old. Sound proofing is very bad. You can hear neighboring rooms conversation & passing vehicles even you are at higher floor. Exhaust is also very poor as you can smell bad odour beside room toilet. Bright side only is that Hotel staffs are kind and accomodating.

Your go to hotel when in Baguio. We booked a hotel room in October 2018 and surprisingly got upgraded to a bigger room. Staff are all friendly and breakfast is free and also really delicious! The room that was given to us was cozy with a spectacular view of the city living (I must say). Location-wise, if you do not have a car with you, the hotel is only walking distance to Burnham Park, the Night Market area and many more. It would probably take you a good 10-20 mins walk to go to the Park if you know the shortcuts. If there is one downside of our stay in this hotel, it would probably be the shower and heater temperature. Knowing the temperature in Baguio where it gets lower during the night and in the early mornings, heater temperature should really be efficient and stable. Overall, I would really recommend staying in this hotel. I would give it 5/5.

An amazing place to stay.
The hotel was easily accessible from main roads and not far from the downtown area. There is an in-house restaurant that serves breakfast (free) and other items on the menu until a certain time; however, the hotel is also surrounded by several restaurants and eateries which are easily accessible on foot. There is also an ample parking space on the property for guests who are bringing vehicles. Manhattan Suites is family-friendly; most important of all, the personnel are very friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable about the city and its environs.Overall, Mahnattan is a great value for your money.

Best place to realx in Baguio
The hotel offered us an upgraded room. Didn't expected that so it was really nice of them. The entire room given to us had a really comfy, relaxing and quiet ambiance. Although it was not that close to landmarks like Mines View park etc. Our total stay there was truly memorable. The room was well maintained and the food service was very efficient. I will definitely stay here again on my next baguio tour. Thank you!

Everything went well with my recent stay, I loved the room that they gave us rn 401, staff was nice the only thing that should have made my stay excellent, was to get a hot breakfast. It was included in my reservation, maybe that's why they didnt care if the food they served us is cold especially the rice, I had asked the lady to microwave lt just to make it hot. I work in the same hospitality industry, and I know a good customer service, at least show you care, you don't want to have a cold breakfast don't you?

This hotel had potential but need deep cleaning like soap scum, black mold in the shower. Had balcony but unpleasant view. We're supposed to stay here for 3 nights but we have to cancel due to my personal issue. The hotel was spacious but far from the city. We had to walk almost 2 or 3 miles to get something to eat. Finding a taxi was hard. The owner was nice and friendly. Free breakfast and it was good. Friendly and helpful staff.

the hotel is great but its location is far from the downtown. Traffic is severe, and taxi is hard to catch. We walk from SM Baguio to the hotel on our last night. Anyhow, we still enjoy out trip.

Room was ok, but not as nice as photos look. Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was just ok. Location was one that most local taxi drivers don't know. Probably wouldn't stay there again for the price.

Terrific stay at the NYC Manhattan Suites
The hotel is spotlessly clean but the staff and the owner make this place terrific. They accommodate your requests, are there to help, and simply want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Breakfast is complimentary and is fresh. The view from each individual room which has a balcony is breath-taking. Internet is fast and reliable, and the room is meticulously cleaned once a day. The bathroom is of good size with hot water. The hotel is located in a cozy area just about 2 km from the bustling and noisy downtown. I also recommend the 8 hr van tour that are offered to see Baguio, completely worth the 3500 peso charge. Fernando the owner, and Jen who financially deals with your reservation are smart and make the whole stay memorable. From the waitresses, drivers, night staff, all were pleasant and went out of their way to help. Thank you all for accommodating us during our brief stay with our 15 year old disabled son. A very nice hotel for a low price.
Staffs are very kind and accommodating. Foods are exemplary good with tons of choices, from American, to Continental, and Philippine Cuisines. Location is somewhat far from the city proper, but it can be an excuse for a 15-20 minute walk. Rooms are pleasant and comfortable, cleanliness is well observed. Overall, its a very recommended hotel.

I feel sorry for the management of this hotel, would have been a pleasant stay (walking distance to the market and park) apart from the barking dogs - unpleasant/annoying, specially if you are trying to get a good night sleep. Then on our last night, there is a couple next door, fighting.

We are family of 6. We got the family room for our 3d/2n stay. The room was big and clean. Water supply was okay and internet was also available. The rate we got incduded breakfast. We were satisfied with their menu. The owner was there to assist us with our breakfast order. We had our first breakfast iin their gazeebo. Overall the place was very good, they just need to improve in their CR, it has stinky smell and fixtures need replacements.

the place is hard to find using gps, it has a minimal parking. There is no enough light inside the room that it is quite dark, i cant move the e fan in other places since there is no outlet nearby the bed...ive seen some cockroaches and the cr is quite smelly.. the breakfast are delicious and lots of choices..

If not for the great service and personal accommodation of the hotel owner, our stay at NYC Manhattan would have been a disaster. Upon arrival at the hotel, it was the owner Mr. Fernando (Boyie) Dimagiba who personally welcomed and checked us in and his hospitality has given us a very good first impression. He even upgraded one of our rooms (we got 3 rooms total) from double to a triple room free of charge as my sister-in-law preferred 2 separate beds instead of one queen size bed. I think the issue overall is the location of hotel. It is the suburb one kilometer away from the heart of the city but the view is basically pension houses,a construction site and other residences. The rooms are not so clean and I saw 7-8 cockroaches (4 of them I squashed) scattering around the room and bathroom. Breakfast is okay with a variety to choose from: Filipino, American, to Continental. Price is super-affordable!

The barking dogs all over the neighboring houses barked all night. They kept us up almost all night. This is the worst feature in this hotel.

Good hotel with a great view!
Our stay at NYC Manhattan Hotel is a great experience. All staff are very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious, the shower has very weak water pressure however that compensated with an awesome breakfast they served everyday. I will stay there again in the future and I will recommend this hotel.
