A family suite room to a transient hostel

This is a big insult to us.the pictures they posted on the website were totally different!it’s a transient hostel and not a hotel! They brought us to a different hostel and says the suite room i booked was not available! I booked the best room they have at the website because it says 3 star hotel.

It was okay.

The parking condition is difficult. You can park inside but the policy is you need to surrender your keys to the guard as the parking space inside is very minimal. They need to take cars out before other cars can get out of the vicinity that’s why they need your keys. You can park outside which we did just infront of the building. They have CCTV cameras which helps for you to have a peace of mind. However, you need to wait for available space as it’s not readily available. Luckily, we did not wait that long when we parked. The unit itself is acceptable, the space is enough for us. It is just not thoroughly cleaned. You can see dust in the bed, windows, walls, and comfort room. There’s is no AC unit which is okay as it is cooler in Baguio. It is advertised that they have free wifi, yes they do but it is not unlimited and you need to top it up after you consumed the data they put it in. It’s a prepaid wifi. We need to take taxi going to the tourist spots as it is much easier than to drive and it’s difficult to find parking in the building once you left your spot. Over all, it is a nice unit it just need some maintenance and cleaning. Staff are accommodating and tries their best to grant your requests.
