Poor sanitation poor service trying to find wher to go for checking in no one available no WiFi at all bathrooms are terrible I am glad that I just stay only 2 night I will not recommending this facilities

Sorry to hear that your stay at our 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment failed to meet your expectations. Had you complained during your stay our staff would have done their best to address any concerns. Wifi signal was good in the public areas during your stay, perhaps a little slow because Baguio was extremely busy during the busy weekend, this does tend to be a problem when an influx of tourists places maxium demand on the local ISPs

So sorry that your stay was less than optimum, it co-incided with a holiday weekend in Baguio when the population normally more than doubles with the influx of tourists. Internet slows down because the ISPs don't provide enough infrastructure, too many guests bringing more vehicles than is sensible so putting pressure on roads and parking, our scenic mountain top location much less tranquil than usual. We had no reports of hot water problems, perhaps you missed turning on the wall switch for the shower heaters.

Relaxing location with nice view
The staff is friendly and the room overlooking the mountain was beautiful.

Bad experience with this hotel
Stayed two nights but lost electrical power three times and the hotel has no backup generator. No water heater for a long hours and it happened during shower hours. The place were very noisy with children playing around the building making noises. The children seems live there permanently. They were children of the staff. There were two sick and dirty dogs walking around inside the building and they were dogs of the hotel owner or by the staff. The road to the hotel is narrow and not cemented, unsafe to drive. Staff not available when you needed them.

A nice tip of Baguio's top.
Generally very good, though toilets and bathrooms need some repairs. Staff and people in the neighborhood are friendly, warm and very helpful. We love the design of the residence because of its local theme.

It was comfortable and has large spaces. But the water heater is somewhat of a problem, specially when there are a lot of guests.

Thanks for your feedback, glad you enjoyed your stay. However, our 1 bedroom apartment is intended to sleep 2, maximum 3 persons. We do install the maximum available wattage of shower heater, but Baguio cool weather sometimes means the heater has to start off with quite cold water to heat up, inevitably there is a trade off between water flow and water temperature. We will research possible suppliers of higher rated shower heaters. as we realize that a good hot shower is an important part of the customer experience.

部屋がとても狭かった。でも犬と泊まることができたのでよかったです。寒ければブランケットも貸してもらえます。ホテルの前に小さい売店があり、シャンプーとかお菓子とかちょっとしたものが買えます。
