Nice appartment with an excellent mountain view

Appartments, notice this since there are no daily cleaning (which is fine by me) and you might need your own towels if travelling more than 2 people, likewise bring your own toiletpaper. We did not buy breakfast, not sure if this is possible, but there is a supermarket 600meter from the appartment and you can use the kitchen to do your own breakfast (or meals in general)

Une belle découverte !

Appartement idéal pour séjourner ! Au calme car légèrement excentré, vue magnifique , prestations agréable notamment la piscine, au contact de la nature et des animaux et le restaurant ´´ chez Boris’´ juste à côté avec ses plats copieux et la bonne humeur du chef! Du personnel d accueil à l écoute et très plaisant. Nombreuses sorties pour tous .

il faut y aller

Séjour de quelques jours avec les petits enfants, vraiment impeccable au niveau paysage et environnement. pour les enfants la pleine nature avec les vaches moutons lamas et chevaux c'est super, les chemins de montagne pour se balader également. le lieux d'hébergement impeccable logement bien agencé propre et fonctionnel, une piscine impeccable pour les jours un peu moins beau et surtout un acceuil de la part du personnel quelqu'ils soient très agréables et sympathiques.

Snow chaos bad management

From the beginning only problems,Bad and late snow cleaning, ok there was some big snow, but the managmet from the hotel and also the town was a disaster. No info, no help, no cleaning even in the entrance of the room, going so far that on our leaving day we did not get out of the garage until 12 because they did clean the ramp from snow,, also you have to leave clean the room, collect towels,.. going through 60cm of snow to the trash container,.., then wait until 18 to maybe go down with la convoy to the town, then forced to stay but of course the workers and local known people + some business guy with a big bmw X5 (he was sitting next to us during the lunch drinking a bottle of wine with his wife ) were allowed to join the convey. I left anyway because of medical issues of grandmother children crying , .. no body was even interested on our needs, police stopped mi then in the village because I did not follow they order. I did not pay any fee and did not get any paper to sign, don't know what will happen later as they took our data. Worst experience ever, I am an Austrian from the Alps and there was not so much snow. They just like to retain the people to spend more money o whatever. For me it was like trying to rape us and forzevto stay against our will and metical needs. This village is just not prepared for a bigger snowfall and saying you can not leave because of avalanche but the local people yes can leave is kidnapping nothing else.

Des clés dans une enveloppe Un parking réservé ou il faut descendre de voiture pour ouvrir les barrières . Et le matin retourner pour mettre les draps et serviettes dans des containers ! Service déplorable

A notre arrivée, il manquait le matelas du lit bébé (pour lequel un supplément a été payé), les serviettes de bain manquaient également et les lits n’étaient pas faits comme cela était prévu. Le sauna était hors service. L’excellente situation du logement a compensé les divers manquements en matière de service et d’accueil.

Excellente destination, propreté impeccable

Destination recommandée ! Propreté de l'établissement et de l'appartement impeccable ! Très bonne literie, équipements très pratiques. Bon accueil, petit déjeuner excellent et copieux avec des produits régionaux . Commerces à proximité, rencontres avec les troupeaux de brebis, les vaches et même des lamas ! Très belles balades au départ de la Mongie et aux environs. La montagne est très agréable en été. Séjour mémorable !

Agréable séjour

Très bon séjour. Agréablement surprise par la résidence. Très bien entretenue et personnel professionnel et charmant. Le petit déjeuner est proposé en option et très bien servi. Petit bémol pour la piscine qui est surchauffée et l’eau est trouble. Point positif : la salle de jeu et appartement spacieux. Résidence avec vue magnifique sur la montagne et proche des pistes et commodités. Nous avions également une très grande terrasse. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Etablissement proche des pistes, logement relativement grand, "fonctionnel"et plutôt calme. La vue est sympa, tout comme l'accueil. On regrettera juste le manque de "charme"

Appart-hotel sympa pour séjour en famille

Résidence pratique: proches des pistes, location du matériel au pied de la résidence. Appartement propre et fonctionnel, kitchenette pratique (lave vaisselle, micro-ondes) mais il manquerait un four et une machine à laver mais pour quelques jour ce n'est pas l'essentiel.
