Relaxing & Well maintained Hotel
1. Nice resort, very well maintained and polite staff. 2. Room had very dim light and couldnt fix it even after complain. 3. Reception staff don't have good control on arranging rental cars and kept us waiting for hours.

Room service needs improvement and to be prompt. Breakfast needs to have variety and more space. Quality of food was not good. Some room equipment's were not functional like water heating kettle, etc.

WORST EXPERIENCE
Terrible stay. Had booked it for 3 nights didn't even sleep the 1st night - staff for the night at the reception abused us over room service requirement at 11.30pm and also the room was haunted. The Tv would get switched on every 20 mins in the middle of the night. Next day when we left they didn't repay us... Have never seen any place as bad as this - zero hospitality being in hospitality business. Zero etiquette and manners. NEVER GO THERE...

Great location and campus, but could have better in-room facilities
The resort campus was just awesome - it is tranquil amidst the maddening crowd of Goa. The cottages are beautiful too. But the rooms could do with some better planning. For example, the position of the television set is not aligned to the bed, and placed in a awkward direction (facing the bathroom actually). No in-room lockers, old fashioned lockers available at the reception - which is a bothersome thing to do everytime you go out. But with all this said, I would still recommend this resort for its exceptional natural beauty and peaceful stay.

The hotel has got a unique design of water bodies and cottages. Very relaxing. No Gym though. Very simple and helpful stuff member. Food quality is good. Though variety is lacking.

Great resort in Baga
Primo Bom Terra is located in the Baga Beach area very close to Tito's Lane. It is about a 10 minute walk to the beach. The property is well secured with a night watchman and individual cottages. The wooden cottages are a bit more expensive but worth the cost for the quiet and privacy they provide. The fabric cottages are also nice but you can hear your neighbors at night, especially if they are a rowdy bunch. Breakfast is not really worth getting up at 8AM for, and you may be happier strolling down to the beach for some brunch. Even in the off-season, Baga has a decent tourist population and shops are open. Transportation is a breeze as the hotel will arrange a car, or you can go to the taxi stand (10 minutes walk). A wine shop is just down the road (3 minutes walk). The staff are nice and friendly. The rooms are relatively spacious. The grounds are very well kept and very eco friendly, with solar water heating and nice ponds on the property. The cabins have quiet air conditioners, and room service for tea and small bites is available. The hotel honors Expedia prepaid bookings without any surprise bills.

Jungle in the beach
Excellent hotel to stay for a group As per the rating given except for the wooden cottages which require some safety in windows to be assuring from thief and a separate main switch for AC(takes time to cool in summer) the decor is excellent. No problem with good. One thing I recommend to hotel management is what's with the sign boards, remove some of them.

Needs impovment in services
Hotel is nice but service is an issue out there, the room provided was synthetic which was as hot as owen. Next day i had ti chnage it in wooden one and paid 2000 extra for the same. So what was mentioned while booking it was not provided at checking time.

Strictly average resort
I stayed in fabric cottage. The good thing about the resort: close to baga beach, nice property with solo cottages and it gives a good feel. Rooms have good comfort and its clean, but do not expect a great luxury from fabric cottages. The bad things about resort: We found big ants in the room, which was really irritating. The breakfast is really really pathetic with limited choice. The amount of tariff they are charging at least we expect a good breakfast

Beautiful, good location
Liked this place a lot. Nice to have our own cottage, and the pool was amazing (comfy lounge chairs, poolside restaurant/bar service if you want, plenty of shade). It is quite near to Baga Beach, so if you like the party scene it's convenient. Overall a quiet place and a nice retreat from the busy, noisy streets in Goa. Our only complaints were that because the grounds have big ponds in between rows of cottages, there are a lot of mosquitoes around. Bring bug repellent! Also, the window shades are very thin, so expect to wake up relatively early due to sunlight.

Nice Hotel, Rooms leave a little to be desired
First off, if you're traveling to Goa, Baga beach was my least favorite location in all of Goa, it is the loudest and least relaxing. The other areas of Goa have beautiful beaches and are a lot less hectic, so I would make sure you know what you're getting into depending on what part of Goa you choose to stay in, baga for partying, others for relaxation. As for the hotel, the location is great for baga beach as it is central and just a little offset from the main road. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful during the day, the pool is great, and the staff was super friendly and helpful and the restaurant was good. The only issue was our room. It was buggy in the room the first night we got there, and our bed sheets only covered 80% of the bed which was odd, pillows looked like they had seen better days too. Later in our stay we got proper fitting bed sheets, and the room became less buggy after staying in it. Overall, happy w the stay and location.

Great Resort
Resort Primo Bom is a nice resort .It is not on the titto's road ,but is located 500 meters from baga beach .the resort is quite calm ,quiet as it not on the main hustle and bustle road of bagabeach. Also the resort was max 15 min drive from all the tourist place which one would like to visit in South Goa(Baga beach (walking),caulangate, arpora, anjuna) Resort is huge and nice with the nice concept of separate cottages. Wooden cottage is preferable ,but fabric cottage was not bad too.the cottages are at a distance from each other so there is no breach of privacy .It has a swimming poll too.The resturant was there, but the food was average ,not very good and not the worst . the staff is highly cordial and they really treat their guest well.No problem on the part of staff . On the totality it was a great resort ,a quiet resort, which has everything for the price we paid for and i would recommend this resort to everyone.

closer yet far from the madness of calangute/baga
me n my wife spent one night and 2 days at this hotel and was sure worth it. Ours was cottage suite n at d very end of this hotel setup, wic made us walk a little lot :) :).... Excellent food and very nice locale and facilities (pool, golf (not that I played n intended to).. closer to Arpora n baga n calangute yet away from the madness.. All in all a really nice hotel.. breakfast was little dissapointment though with hardly any options.. We would definitely visit it again. All were very courteous and there was a warm and friendly (read CHILLED) atmosphere all around (so synonymous of Goa)..

Nice location; great resort.
Primo Bom Terra Verde (pronounced by many locals and cab drivers as "Prime Bom") really surprised us. Firstly, it isn't a hotel. There's no concrete building with rooms. Each 'room' is actually your very own cottage (you can choose between wooden walls or walls made of some sort of fabric). The resort is therefore spread across acres of land with individual houses, a swimming pool, and a lake for boating, all in a beautiful setting. We chose the fabric cottage, whose main con is that it's pretty "transparent" to sound. The room, otherwise, was excellent: air conditioner, TV (with limited channels; but you're in Goa, so don't waste time watching TV), water heater (for tea, coffee), and a well-equipped bathroom. The resort is a ~15 minute walk to Baga beach, which is, itself, a ~15 minute walk to Calangute. The restaurant in the resort is ok. The lunch was very good if you want authentic Goan cuisine, but the (free) breakfast was average. The staff is very approachable, friendly and helpful. Overall, I would highly recommend Primo Bom, and I have no doubt I will stay here again when I visit Goa next.

Primo Bom: Eco-resort
This is a very environmental friendly place to stay. The landscaping is incredible, the staff is pleasant, and the pool is excellent. The breakfast is decent, the amenities are good except for the satellite t.v. channels, which were quite limited for us. The location is good, as it was about an 8 minute walk to the main street of the Baga Beach area, and about 5 more minutes to the beach itself. The only inconvenience is that the fabric cottages are completely permeable to any sound, so noises inside the room and outside travel through the walls completely. However, it was quite peaceful and mostly silent. Generally a good value, good location, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone with a love of flora and evening stargazing.

If you choose the houses made in wood, they are a very good deal. Spotless clean with all you need. But the tent-houses are also clean, but it is a tent. One male mangager very helpful and nice, but the night porter is very strange and not helpful at all. The breakfast is not so good, you will get a toast on demand or a omelette, and one small glass horrible cheap can-juice. Only papaya is served. Three pots of indian breakfast is on a table. And it is a problem that breakfast is usullay ready at 8.30 or even later, if you want to catch a tour you won´t have time for breakfast. Also the table cloths were dirty every morning. We stayed for eight nights and the first four days the pool could not be used, beacuse the water was not clear. The hotell got us ride to another hotell with pool and also upgraded us.
