"Our room was very clean, attractive and modern, and the view was beautiful in the valley. The hotel staff were friendly. There are walking trails all around. The road to the nearest waterfall was closed for repairs. The door to one of our room 7 family suite balconies was broken and barely possible to open or securely close which made cooling the room difficult in the 35C heat. The walls were very thin and our neighbors were loudly about their business at 4:30 am, and the hotel is on a major...

"Our stay was wonderful, the views were breathtaking and the room was in tip top shape. We enjoyed the amazing breakfast that was served, worth the fee, and had an overall wonderful stay. The only issue we had was to do with the heat. Our room was on the top floor and we visited in the summer, so very very warm. This was more a problem from the insane heatwave going on than from the hotel itself. We still thoroughly enjoyed our stay despite a few warm nights."

"The staff were friendly and accommodating with plenty of smiles. Unfortunately there was building work going on the work noise wasn’t good and it left my car dirty with saw dust etc. however I expect that this work will be completed by next year when we usually stay here."
