Bad Langensalza hotels from RM234

"Hair all over the blankets. When we asked them for more pillows they said “f*** you bye”. All we did is politely ask for pillows yet they cursed at us and shut the phone in our face. "

"Great hotel very clean, spacious rooms, comfortable bed. Friendly stuff. Good food, tasty but Menu is short. Unfortunately nobody from staff speak english , even on the reception. No english menu. Therme which was included to the room price, is open till 20:30, at least that what was written, however I have tried to go at 19:30, and the door to Therme was closed.As they are claiming this is a four star hotel, they shall put more efforts for international customers."

"Staff waiting to greet even though we arrived after 22.00. Quick service and lovely room. Only fault (not sure if Expedia or Hotel), but I did message the hotel twice through Expedia and never received a reply. Very hard to contact the hotel directly - pretty much impossible unless we rang. "
