"Der gesamte CheckIn-Prozess war sehr gut vorbereitet. Der Kontakt zur Leitung war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wegen der großen Hitze wurde uns 1 Ventilator ins Zimmer gestellt, der bei unserer späten Abendankunft auch schon lief und die Nacht für uns erträglich machte. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Gemeinschaftsküche und den gemütlichen Aufenthaltsraum („Stube“) haben wir nicht genutzt; beides sah aber sehr einladend aus. "Great hotel very clean, spacious rooms, comfortable bed. Friendly stuff. Good food, tasty but Menu is short. Unfortunately nobody from staff speak english , even on the reception. No english menu. Therme which was included to the room price, is open till 20:30, at least that what was written, however I have tried to go at 19:30, and the door to Therme was closed.As they are claiming this is a four star hotel, they shall put more efforts for international customers."
