"We stayed at a room with type "Classic Suite, Private Bathroom" for one night in July. The room is too small for 4 people. Smell coming out from shower sink. The day of our stay it was quite hot and there was a vantilator in the room that was not working well and unfortunately the staff was not able to find an alternative solution. I must say the staff was very kind however this was not enough to prevent the bad experience. Not impacting my rating and we did not need it but the restaurant at the...

"Bed matress was comfortable, room was clean at first sight, but sheets had a hole and there was some hair on them. The room could be cleaner, walls, and tiles, shower. Also, no soap, shampoo in the bathroom. There is a small kitchenette but no plates, no glasses, cups, spoons, etc. Location not far from public transport.
