"Parking is good we didn’t have a drink in the bar. We have stayed here many times over the years but it has gone downhill. Poor maintenance in the bathroom… no hot water for a shower or a wash! Went to breakfast and was told we had to be finished within half an hour… people on the next table… the waitress actually asked them to leave!! "Arriving late in the evening the foyer was a somewhat daunting experience. It gave the impression that there could be various dubious activity going on in a number of rooms. The noise was loud all night. We didn’t get a key to our room. Big gap in door frame and we felt unsafe. Would never stay again "

"This is a new first rate hotel, close to the opera house Manchester. Upon arrival a warm welcome by staff. We were upgraded to a suite which was absolutely amazing. We have stayed in great rooms over the years but this had everything including bath in the bedroom, walk in wardrobe with Peleton well stocked bar. We ate Dinner at the hotel and had done previously. "Good location,spacious ckean modern room. Helpful staff on check in. Unfortunately i stopped in room 111 house 1, the window wouldnt close securley. Large window was left open when i arrived in my designated room. I reported to the check in desk. No sleep from the outside noise and also fire alarm going off at 3am. "

"Had a lovely stay, room was comfortable, spacious and clean. The staff were nice and the breakfast was good. Some cooked food was not available but we had a late breakfast, that was my only quibble. Thanks."

"Everything is good and the only thing dislike is the price became lower on the day of check in hehe. Room is clean; aircon is cool; window able to open for ventilation; fast WiFi; hot shower pressure is stong; toiletries are tamper proof and smells nice; location is near Manchester Piccadilly station; cleaning is well done everyday (remember to hang the cleaning sign on your door before you leave the room); extra towels are available under the sink cabinet.
