"I didn’t realize when I booked the hotel that there were no pet free rooms. I don’t have an issue with animals, but when you wake up covered in pet hair (cat presumably), you might take offense. I left a review with the property as well as my number for a call back, but I have not heard from them. Also, the bath gel had not been replenished before my stay, and judging from the state of my clothes - the sheets had not been changed prior to my arrival. I think the concept of having a pet friendly...

"We had children and they had a slide but you had to be 8 or older to use. Our 21/2 year old is a slide fan and threw a fit everytime we went by it. It would be nice to have something for the smaller children. The pool was not opened either which stunk! They should let you know when booking if the pool will be closed. One of the reasons we booked is for the pool! We won’t be repeat customers. The chip for a free drink was nice but you are limited to what you can order."

"Clean rooms, love the ground floor rooms. Breakfast there is awesome. Every employee we talked to was friendly. To bad the restaurant is so odd ball, without regular options like just a burger and fries. That would have been convenient. Also, it was closed until 4 while we were there and not many patrons for dinner. All in all it's now our go to hotel because it's dog friendly and the ground floor rooms."

"Accessibility to the beach is a plus, we got the ocean view room and my kids loved it. Although we didn’t go to the pool i wish they would have maintained its cleanliness regularly."

"Good breakfast. Valet is through your phone app make sure you ask for the car with ample time. It rained the whole time I was there did not use the pool. It is beach front which is a plus."
