"Property is very nice. Staff is helpful. Rooms pretty clean. Ocean view rooms on the south side(416), are right above the restaurant. Noisy and smelly kitchen exhaust is the only complaint, but it happens with a beachfront restaurant attached to a hotel. Pool nice, parking isnt horrible, but a block away. Plan your luggage loading and unloading."

"I was skeptical when booking this hotel. It was a last minute booking but I was so happy when we arrived. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. Though it ended a bit early for those coming from the West Coast. The view from our room was amazing and the 2 firework shows from the balcony were exceptional. The room was clean but definitely could use some updating."
