"Wonderful stay. Opted to stay at The Verb to attend a RedSox game then leave for early morning flight. Let valet know of early morning departure. Valet parked car for easy access which avoided delay in morning. Check-in was smooth and we were offered a “to go” breakfast since we were leaving prior to start of breakfast. Room was themed and as usual very cool for music lovers. Great location, walk around block right into Fenway for the game. Room was comfy (and I am picky about bed comfort), clean, with extra water bottles available. Balcony was added plus. Staff friendly and always offering assistance to ensure good stay. Water pressure, shower, a/c working well. Having mini fridge and turntable with multiple vinyl to choose from is unique and appreciated. Restaurant attached had good food and drinks with accommodating staff. Bartender made a specific drink that was no longer on the menu. Highly recommend staying here. Did not use the pool this time, but have in past. Nice option in area."

"Overall a nice hotel. However, there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom which had the only mirror in the room. Every hotel we’ve been in has had a mirror outside the bathroom which is used for hair drying. One blemish on an otherwise good stay."

"Location and staff were great. The hotel is 3/5 in terms of maintenance. It feels a bit run down and things were kind of broken. The room was clean but also not really well maintained. As a lower cost option in the city it’s good enough but not great."
