"Beautiful and classy hotel. It's situated right in the middle of the city and is convenient to nearly everything. The pools are great also, but is a bit slippery. We had the grand deluxe king room. It has a fantastic view of the river and city below. We definitely will come back again to the hotel."

"Pool we wouldn't know whoever lets you in to the building 30 minutes notice before you can use the pool. room was clean but had titles lifting up air con did not work correctly This was a very scary experience. We went to check in and we saw a big sign from the government saying no short term stays! There are security guards at the door not letting you in. There is NO reception area as stated by expedia. In fact it was only after we thought about it and called the number on our confirmation someone answered 27 minutes later we were finally let into our apartment which had a feeling of should we really be here? Not to mention while we were sitting outside waiting to let us in the security were watching us that night we went to sleep with a chair against our door. We helped two other couples and told them they had to call their number on their confirmation. It wasn't just us who were very confused with the check in process..... 2 days into our 4 day stay we get a message saying we need to check out ...... to which we respond that we still have 2 days left no response until we follow up and the reply was just ok OK what ???? The end of the story is we booked ourselves other accommodation and one of us went back to get the bags while the other person stayed away with our passports just in case there was an issue with us leaving the building Expeida and trivago you should be ashamed of yourself saying there is a reception area when there is not. "Great place to stay in the city centre. Close to all the attractions. Room was spacious, clean and well appointed. Rooftop pool was great, as was the restaurant opposite. Breakfast was fresh and enjoyable everyday. Staff were great! Special thank to Mia to assisted me greatly upon arrival (was very ill, and she got me a room quickly!) - Thank you! "
