Very nice and helpful staff. The conditions of the hotel are not updated, sheets and towels are not in the best conditions. We did not used the pool but we noticed someone cleans it. It is far from downtown but the staff can get taxis.

Staff was awesome, from checkin/concierge to restaurant/bar to kayak service. Very quiet. Gardens and grounds were lovely. Setting beautiful. Room very comfortable.
