Very nice and helpful staff. The conditions of the hotel are not updated, sheets and towels are not in the best conditions. We did not used the pool but we noticed someone cleans it. It is far from downtown but the staff can get taxis.

Clean room, could use a little love based on being a high end chain hotel. Location was convenient to shopping and food. There is NOT an airport shuttle as offered on Expedia. UBER available, but you can’t schedule the night before. Overall good place to crash before a flight.

Love this place . Epic views , jump into cenote Esmeralda right off the dock . Take a boat tour from the friendly staff that operates via the same dock .
