"Baymont is a motel style location, meaning that room entrance is from an exterior door. My room was surprisingly nice! Spacious, well equipped, and clean. Given that I needed to walk up a set of stairs and enter my room from an exterior door, I was a little skeptical. However, the room was very nice! There were a few minor housekeeping issues, but nothing that would caution me about staying here again. The location is also excellent, near the Punta Gorda airport and major highways. "The hotel was SUPER CLEAN as was our room. The only complaint that I had was that there really needed to be a person available to help with questions, concerns, towels, etc. The Kiosk cannot help with those type things. Great location! Will definitely stay here again!!"

"The staff was very friendly and accommodating The rooms were very clean (newly renovated) the 1st floor and lobby are still under construction. We were in the area for a reunion and and the hotel was full. I would highly recommend. Service was amazing, property was kept up. "
