"Old style European hotel. Lovely architecture, centrally located and old world ambiance. Views of the lake are exceptional. Staff was extremely helpful and polite- despite being harried constantly by guests. Especially Gloria! My wife left her phone in the transport car from Milan airport. She got it back for us! Breakfast was good, clean, efficient as was maid and front desk service. Only downside was no Kleenex in the rooms. But that’s really nothing."

However, upon arrival, we were still shocked by the location: it is situated in an industrial zone rather than a residential or commercial area.
