"The room was very well cleaned. Bathrooms were nice and tidy. We booked the VIP room with the jacuzzi but it was disappointing as the jets on the hot tub didn’t work well. Besides that everything else was amazing and worth it."

"Clean safe hotel close to several restaurants within walking distance . It’s right off of the interstate and the staff are just excellent, especially Jasmine at the front desk! Very accommodating and helpful with stores etc that’s close by ."

"Stayed at this Hyatt for a quick over night trip to attend a friend’s baby shower in the area. I got there 30 mins before the 3pm check-in and no issue with getting my room then. I had a King Suite and it was great. I loved the layout of the couch area and the bed area. Bed was comfortable, shower was good, windows had blackout curtains. Minor complaint of noise in the hallway and then during the middle of the night when the rain picked up and was hitting the windows. I didn’t use any of the...

"We will never stay at a Sure Stay, This room was bare, no coffee or end table to rest your drinks. No coffee machine in the room. NO Pictures on the wall. It looked like an empty college dorm . The breakfast was cheap. powder creamer for coffee and only sweet-n-low? That is rat poison! I asked the attendant for spenda or Tuvia ..of course said no!! "

"Breakfast very limited and room was fairly warm on arrival due to a/c being off but it worked well and had the room comfortable within an hour. No other concerns. Staff was very nice and helpful. "

"Terrible. Worst hotel stay. And we've stayed at alot of cheap hotels. No hot water. Holes in walls. Walls were filthy. Bed was made but blankets definitely weren't washed and had cigarette burn holes. Holes on the wall. Smelled musty. Ac sounded like it would catch fire. Druggies everywhere that are loud. Terrible location you can hear every car speeding down the highway. "
