"Our stay at “au pays de Jacquou” was absolutely wonderful. Somehow remote, but also close enough (7 km) to Thenon, the village where we attended a wedding. "Chateau was beautifully decorated. Small elevator to bring our bags to first floor. Owner helped carry bags from entrance stairs to elevator. Robert and his wife were gracious and helpful."

"Service was impeccable! We loved the elegant grounds, and dinner was delicious. "

"Agréable séjour dans cet hôtel, avec un bel accueil. Nous avons dîné sur place, bon repas avec un excellent vin local. Dommage la piscine était en maintenance, tout le reste parfait."

"Alain et Monique sont charmants et disponibles. Nous étions un groupe de 6 en 5 motos, les chambres sont bien équipées, le petit déjeuner est copieux et la table joliment décorée . Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. La région est magnifique."

"Excellent hotel "

"Very pleasant hotel with a friendly setting, great welcome!!!"

"This place was absolutely wonderful. Clean and comfortable, beautiful surroundings and our hosts couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. Great breakfast, too. Close to many villages as well as Sarlat, without being in the thick of the city. Would definitely stay there again if I return."

"Host was adorable. Our 1 room was tight for 5 adults."

"This chamber d’hotes is situated on a plateau above Sarlat, and has magnificent 360 degree views. The owners and hosts are very helpful and provide a lovely continental breakfast to start the day."

"Chambre ok mais peu de lumière. Emplacement calme. Belle terrasse"
