Luring you in with picture perfect advertisement, as guest favorite, full of cats cant eat breakfast comfortably, poop on street nearby entrance, stinky bathroom drain smell from sewer system, the shower handle was broken took a shower bending down to reach the faucet, so sorry to come here and made my vacation miserable, checked out asap and moved on to better location, they charged $50 for breakfast, I did not check my credit card on time but Im letting you know be aware...

Orchis butik hotel
The hotel very nice and really close to harbour for trips and bjs services very good The hotel does need some good lighting on the stairs and if you are on the top floor you need to be aware that the wardrobe is situated under the sloping roof and if you dont remember or you are quite tall you could bang your head , apart from that verh good , breakfast is fantastic

Excellent breakfast Staff really nice people Very clean and comfortable. It’s a beautifully restored old building. Close to everything. Only one bad thing , we had to ask for hot water to be turned on.

Beautifully restored historic building
This hotel is a beautifully restored building in the historic part of Ayvalik. The staff are very pleasant and accommodating and the rooms are lovely with comfortable furniture. The room has a fridge and a kettle. Lovely modern clean bathroom. The hotel is close to the seaside and all cafes, restaurants and shops. As it is set back from the main street the hotel is very quiet.

Merkezi konumda konforlu bir otel ve meyhane
Otelin konumu güzel ancak otopark olanağı sınırlı. Hemen yanında otopark olsa da ücreti makul değil. Altında bulunan meyhanesi güzeldi. Tavsiye ederim. Oda genel olarak temiz olsa da tuvaletin temizliği daha iyi yapılabilirdi.

Ayvalık merkezde tercih edilebilecek en iyi konaklama tesislerinden. Biz araçsız geldik otogardan kalkan dolmuşlar direkt otelin sokağının başındaki duraklara gidiyor. Merkezde ziyaret edilebilecek yerler yürüme mesafesinde. Cunda Sarımsaklı vb yerlere hemen otelin dibindeki duraklardan dolmuşlar kalkıyor. Otele gelecek olursak odalar pırıl pırıl kullanım alanları iki kişi için oldukça yeterliydi. Sabah kahvaltıları hem çeşit hem lezzet olarak mükemmeldi. Ayvalık’ta bundan sonrası için de ilk tercih edeceğimiz bir yer oldu

Genel olarak iyi
Personel çok ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Kahvaltıları mükemmel. Temizlik konusunda biraz daha iyi olabilir. Klima filtreleri ve yatak altına dikkat edilmesi gerekiyor. Klima filtresini ben temizledim ve performansı süper oldu. Oda no:204. Otel içinde koku hassasiyeti olanlar için rahatsız edecek seviyede bir sabun kokusu var. Koku yoğunluğu azaltılabilir. Otopark konusunda sadece otelde değil Ayvalık genelinde çok çok ciddi bir sorun var. Otel merkezde konumu süper. Otelde konaklamayanlar bile gelip otelin güzel atmosferini fotoğraf çekmek istiyorlar. Odamız deniz manzaralı harika bir odaydı. Genel olarak iyi tavsiye edilir.

Como en casa en Ayvalil
Estancia de 3 noches con mi mujer y mi hijo de 3 años. Hotel reformado pero sin perder la arquitectura y el encanto de la zona, la localización es inmejorable y el servicio lo mejor, el Sr Mustafa siempre atento y con una sonrisa para ayudar. Muy buena la música en directo por las noches en su maravillosa terraza. Pero deberían advertir la dificultad para encontrar apartamento cerca del hotel, o deberían acordar con algún aparcamiento cercanos para que los clientes vayan directos al aparcamiento. En general, muy recomendable, volveremos.

Otelin yeri merkezi, odalar çok iyi . Ücretli otopark can sıkıcı. Kahvaltı mükemmel. Otelin kendi restaurantı, atmosfer harika ama ilgi ve servis berbat. Bira istedik bardaksız geldi , diğer masalarda vardı. Karides istedik koca tabakta dört tane . Patates kızartması yarım saatte geldi . Kül tablasını kendim aldım. Herkes iyi niyetliydi ama sanırım adamına göre muamele vardı. Halbuki ödemeyi gazoz kapağı ile yapmadık.

Otel konum olarak ta kullanım olarak ta oldukça başarılı. Ayrıca oldukça eğlenceli ve leziz meyhane deneyimi de yine otel bünyesinde mevcut. Otel sahibi Engin Bey den başlayarak otelde çalışan eksiksiz tüm personel nazik, güleryüzlü. Kendinizi çok sevdiğiniz bir dostunuzun, bir akrabanızın evinde gibi hissedeceksiniz.
