"Nice hotel with good facilities and a convenient location. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, along with child-friendly activities, which made it a good choice for families. Service was mixed during my stay. Some staff members seemed a little off-hand, although one receptionist genuinely tried to be helpful. One thing worth mentioning is the airport transfer pricing. The hotel and Bolt quoted €55–65, but I found an airport shuttle service for €13 that dropped me very close to the hotel...

"Overall was a decent place to stay with rooms being clean, nice range of breakfast, staff were friendly, car park is very handy for location if you hire a car. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Only thing i found not so good was the TV being an ok size but not a smart TV which would have been handy in evenings. Cocktails were nice as well. Would come back to this place sooner rather than later . "

"The hotel overall is beautiful, including the amenities and front of house staff. Only down fall is that the staff in the restaurant are a bit slow and got orders wrong. Our eggs in the morning didn’t arrive and our coffee orders were wrong. I can only assume that this is because the hotel had just opened for the summer period and they were getting into the swing of things. I would definitely return and hope that this would be better, however, overall I am extremely satisfied. "

"Amazing all inclusive resort"

"Firstly... well done to the lady cleaning our floor. Attentive helpful and friendly and clean. Air con did not work in our room all holiday. The hairdryer did not work either. .. and for that matter the spa massaging jets were not working either. Entertainment was pretty zero. There seemed to be no evening ents. There was a different wedding in the hotel everyday.... i hope that was not at the expense of any non existent entertainments. I did water aerobics in the indoor pool. They didn't even turn off the ambient spa music.... just placed an underpowered bluetooth speaker on floor in front of her which could just about hear over the other music but of course 2 records at the same time isn't very nice. She did half n hour gentle stretches. Shame because everything else was ace.... Location on best beach, Breakfast, poolbar cocktails.Bed was a little soft for me but didn't give me bad back to be fair and TV was good. Bathroom also good and modern. Bars and eateries around were not great. we had a lot more fun in Protaras strip and eating in village restaurants"

"Hotel location was amazing right on the coast was walking distance to everything, room beautiful with a balcony could sit out on only issue was the fare over the road is on till 1am every night and is quite loud if you try to sleep, Was mostly clean in the hotel had to ask for the TV plug and Pay a €20 deposit for the Remote control but then didn’t work at all hotel staff didn’t care but only a little thing Breakfast and dinner had plenty of options and well cooked very happy"
