Péssimo

Fiquei no hotel apenas uma noite. Tive problemas com a acomodação e no dia seguinte ao fazer o check out fui informada pelo recepcionista do hotel que não haveria problema em solicitar a devolução de uma diária ao Hoteis.com. Já fiz a solicitação por e-mail porém não obtive retorno. Podem verificar e me retornar por favor. Obrigada
