One experience was that when we arrived to the hotel, I noticed that my wallet was lost. I was able to retrieve it by their help. The half board and breakfast were fantastic and so worth it. "Excellent location with excellent staff service. It is literally located beside the Hon Sasayama bus stop and the Kawaramachi district. Impressed with the staff who noticed that I was fully drenched from the rain and immediately handed me a towel during check in! They also offer a bar with free flowing beer, sake, soft drink and post onsen ice cream. However, do note that you need to take a 20 min bus ride from JR Sasayama Station if you are not driving. Highly recommended!"
