"とても清潔感があって良かったです。景色もとても良く良かったです。肌寒かったですがせっかくなのでバーベキューしました。コンロが電気なので炭などの手間もなく良かったですが風が強くて寒かったせいかガンガン焼ける感じではなかったのでゆったりやるのに焦げなくてちょーど良いかなと思います。備品の品揃えも十分で洗濯機もあるので着ていったものを洗って持って帰れるので帰ってから溜まった洗濯機をしなくて助かりました。最初室内でプレートがあったのでそれを使用して室内で焼肉にしようかと思いましたが油受けが欠けていて使えなかったのでそれは直してもらった方が良いと思います。テレビがなく壁にプロジェクターで投影されるのですがリビングから観ると近すぎて逆に少し観にくいかなと思いました。 Wi-Fiがモデムが固まっていたのか繋がりがいまいちでした。"

"The property is well equipped & clean. The sauna provides relaxing moment in modern style. Excellent! We just left the bathtub which is open in the middle of the Villa as we were a group of 4. "The hotel was very nice and clean. The rooms were a decent size but the AC could not keep the room cool at night. The beds were a little more firm than I prefer. Both restaurants served good food. If you are early for check in, they will hold your luggage for you until check in. It's about a 15 minutes walk to Universal Studios or you can take the train that's right across the street. The downsides to this property are that it is NOT tattoo friendly. You will not be able to use the Onsen if you have tattoos and they will not allow you to cover them. Also, the single-ply toilet paper seemed like a cheap choice for such a nice hotel. "

"During our stay at Hotel Monterey Kobe, we were very impressed with the cleanliness of the room. Everything was well-maintained, tidy, and comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day of traveling. The housekeeping was done carefully, and the overall environment felt fresh and welcoming. The staff were also very polite and helpful throughout our stay. Even with some language differences, they tried their best to assist us and made the check-in and check-out process smooth. Their friendly attitude really added to the overall experience."
