"This is a lovely old building. The rooms are very comfortable and the bed is superb for a good nights sleep. Set just outside town, a short taxi ride in and out, it was very quiet and ample safe parking. The Dinner was very good (Belly pork) and you must try the garlic and cheese bread, it is huge like a pizza and far more than we expected. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they made our stay a memorable one. Thank you very much. I would definitely stay here again if we are in the area."

"The cleanliness was awful. The room smelt terrible, there was mold by the windows. The toilet had yellow stains. There was haur in the bath. Clothes were still left in the cupboard. The shower didnt ket you change the temperature. The continektal breakfast consisted of cheese and ham. Despite all this, the staff were lovely and the view was amazing. The restaurant only had one member of staff, but she was super helpful."

"Pretty faultless even without a window! The hotel had a great feel to it. Reception had a cool vibe and one evening they had a cheese and wine evening. Very central. Clean. Long stay parking less than 10 mins away. I'd definately stay again. Bravo to the team running the place 👏👏👏"

"Reception staff initially a little frosty as we arrived ahead of check in time because we were going to an event. However once we explained that we didn’t expect our room to be ready and that we just wanted to leave our bags they were much friendlier and then went out of their way to find a room that had already been cleaned so that we could go straight to the room "

"The breakfast was fantastic, fabulous choice of food and juices; staff were so helpful and attentive. Spa was a welcome treat, after a day of exploring the city; again, staff in spa were so helpful. Room, as rest of hotel, was spotless. The windows were rather old and hard to open ( to air the bathroom, after a shower), but the building is relatively old. The private parking was expensive, but only a short walk from the hotel and we knew the car was safe and secure. All in all, a wonderful...

"The staff were lovely. The room had some issues. The lighting was poor especially the communal corridor. Couldnt see to insert the door key. No facial tissues. The dressing table was unstable and wobbled. Breakfast was excellent, dinner not so. My main portion was paltry. A discount of £2.40 was offered as compensation, not enough. There was a horrid smell of old refuse and greasy food in the communal corridors. The views and location were exceptional. The staff were helpful and lovely. Not the...

"We stayed at Whitley Coach House to spend a few days in the area before attending a wedding in Frome. Tim and Ginny’s communication was excellent, and they were even kind enough to provide a travel cot last minute as we had ordered one ourselves that we didn’t think would come in time (although it did in the end). The coach house itself was spacious enough for the three of us, with everything one might need for a few days away. "
